About our team

We are a world leader in international education with a number of related business lines including student placement into education providers across all sectors, as well as visa and migration services to international students.

This role is responsible for providing support and guidance to students looking to study overseas.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality service and experience by understanding and meeting students' needs.
  • Focusing on growing the market in Australia.
  • Achieving excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs.
  • Achieving individual targets by applying effective sales conversion techniques.
  • Tracking and managing leads and student life cycle pipeline on company CRM platform.
  • Increasing referrals from existing students and other student communities/events.
  • Engaging with education institution representatives.
  • Developing strong relationship-building skills.
  • Completing other related tasks as required by the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry.
  • Certification preferred.
  • A valid Australian visa with full-time work rights.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal.
  • Demonstrated team player.
  • Experience in using CRM platforms.
