Job Title: Health Service Complaints Officer
Job Description
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for receiving and triaging written and verbal health service complaints, notifications, and enquiries.
You will conduct thorough and timely comprehensive reviews of incoming material to ensure that all relevant information is captured.
Your excellent communication and documentation skills will enable you to provide clear and accurate advice to stakeholders, using the most efficient and customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and triaging written and verbal health service complaints
- Conducting thorough and timely comprehensive reviews of incoming material
- Communicating and documenting clear and accurate advice provided to stakeholders
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Qualifications and licences as outlined in the attached role description
- The ability to critically analyse complaint and notification information
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
