AI and Analytics Specialist

Overview of the Role

As an AI and analytics specialist, you will be working on data science projects to deliver high-level project goals. This will involve collaborating with a delivery manager and other members of the team to deliver in an agile project methodology.

The key responsibilities of this role include working on the DAC's cloud-based analytics platform using Python and SQL in Databricks and Snowflake, as well as working with OpenAI large language models, graph database technology, and Python-based visualization tools to develop novel visualization solutions.

This is a part of a broader portfolio of data science projects that provides a collegial setting for learning the latest in data science tools and techniques.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience and expertise in coding in Python and SQL, as well as the ability to rapidly acquire familiarity with new technologies such as graph databases or large language models. Additionally, you will need to have the ability to identify, interpret, and analyze data using linking and statistical techniques to answer business problems including the identification of trends and/or patterns in complex data sets, and to create inference or insight. You will also need to be able to engage with customers and communicate complex processes and results to them.
