Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort in Queensland, Australia. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks, ensuring each one meets our high standards and menu specifications.
  • Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Keep the bar areas clean and inviting for our guests.
  • Delivering Outstanding Service: Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Managing Inventory: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the bar is always well-supplied.
  • Upholding Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.

Requirements

To be successful as a bartender at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, with a flair for creating engaging and innovative drinks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mentality.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
