Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking casual educators to join our team at various OSHC services in regional Victoria.

  • This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are looking for a flexible, casual role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in an out-of-school-hours setting. They will work collaboratively with other staff members to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality care and education to children in accordance with the National Quality Framework
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or certificate qualification (e.g., Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
