Key Responsibilities

As an Office Manager or Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Providing administrative support
  • Overseeing receptionist duties
  • Developing and enforcing office policies

You will also be responsible for coordinating IT needs, managing company communications, and supervising administrative and janitorial staff. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new staff, organizing company events, and managing the office budget and invoices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in construction or related fields
  • Leadership experience in office operations or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of effective management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in office management or administration
