Position Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic casual educators to join our team. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of services across childcare and OSHC, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the growth and development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development, fostering a love of learning in children.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Monitor children's well-being and respond to their needs promptly, ensuring their health and safety.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards.
  • Blue Card or willing to obtain.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work across different childcare centres and adapt to various environments.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain.
  • Australian Working rights and 2 x Industry references.
