Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an in-home setting. This is a rewarding casual role that offers paid travel and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and minimum of 2 years' experience. Experience in community nursing is desirable, but not necessary.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, confirming fortnightly visits, receiving and signing for medication delivered at the patient's home, setting up and conducting infusions, and completing post-infusion paperwork within 24 hours of visit.

You will also adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care are essential skills for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Experience in community nursing desirable
