As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will deliver financial insights across Residential, Community, Retirement Living, and Corporate Services divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to drive strategic decisions.
  • Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis to support operational and executive leaders.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial health and drive accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services.
  • Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification highly desirable.
