About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering timely and quality maintenance services across the Care Home. This includes repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resident preferences. You will work closely with other departments to achieve a high standard of property services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-standard property services, including repairs and maintenance, in accordance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and action maintenance requests, undertaking day-to-day repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair, and improvement works to the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding day-to-day repairs and maintenance, maintenance logs, asset registers, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Formal qualifications at post-trade or Advanced Certificate or Associate Diploma level; and/or relevant skills training or experience.
- Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
