This role provides administration and coordination support in managing and delivering learning and development programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering mandatory induction and annual training programs, preparing detailed and timely compliance reports on staff training records.
- Maintaining the learning and development annual calendar and schedule.
- Collecting and consolidating data for reporting and program evaluation.
- Preparing new employee induction packs and other documents and correspondence.
- Supporting the administration of the learning management system including user management.
- Managing venue bookings, attendee management, catering, and providing training materials and equipment.
- Supporting the administration of the clinical/care student placement and traineeship program.
Successful candidates will be team players with highly developed interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with diverse people and maintaining high customer service levels. They will have demonstrated experience in administration/coordination, be proficient in Microsoft Suite usage, and possess well-developed problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, possessing an approachable, positive, motivated, and go-getter attitude. Experience within the Aged Care sector is desirable.
