A Little Bit About the Role

As a Christmas Casual at Wollongong Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the successful and efficient running of the store throughout our peak trade period. You will need to be available from October through to January and have good availability across the full week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
  • Creating an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Assisting in store operational requirements as requested by management.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment. You should be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, as well as a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers. You will have strong initiative, be adaptable, and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment. You'll also demonstrate a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business, and be able to share that with your customers.
