Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from position description development to candidate selection and onboarding.
  2. Facilitating performance management processes and supporting all aspects of Employee Relations.
  3. Supporting managers and staff on people-related matters and HR policies.
  4. Identifying training needs and employee engagement opportunities.
  5. Supporting the administration of HR and payroll systems to ensure accurate data for reporting purposes.
  6. Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure legal compliance and support retention.
  7. Ad hoc project related work including involvement in new HRIS.

Profile

">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Track record in a generalist position with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Exposure to international recruitment will be highly desired.
  • Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Payroll admin experience will be advantageous.
  • You will be system savvy with an interest in this space.
