About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Lush Cosmetics. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our products, including ingredients, benefits, and features.
  3. Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised.
  4. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing sales trends, customer needs, and store requirements.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales.
  2. Product Knowledge: A passion for learning and developing knowledge of our products and brand.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  4. Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Teamwork: A positive and inclusive attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
