Job Title: Territory Manager Associate

Key Role Responsibilities

This role offers a unique opportunity to support minimally invasive surgical solutions in a theatre setting, working closely with specialists and key stakeholders within hospitals.

You will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to deliver the full breadth of clinical solutions across various surgical specialties in both public and private operating theatres.

Your clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills will enable you to establish strong relationships with customers, aligning with our company values and mission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of business plans and strategic selling strategies to drive territory growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts supported by Territory Managers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Leverage educational programs to achieve regional goals and exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current experience in sales or health-related fields.
  • Ability to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage with all stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and organisational skills.
  • Holding a current driver's licence is required.
