Job Title: Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading a team of sales assistants, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales targets

• Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and supplies

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Provide training and coaching to sales assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with tyre fitting experience

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service
