About the Role:

Job Summary

The Administration Assistant role involves supporting our Property Asset Management team by assisting with customer service, maintaining the myBuildings portal, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through help desk calls and emails, managing and actioning tasks.
  • Liaising with Property and Facilities Managers to handle maintenance requests.
  • Raising, modifying, and cancelling Purchase Orders and Work Orders in the myBuildings portal.
  • Uploading creditor invoices and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Providing cover for the Help Desk Coordinator and updating external stakeholders on the status of requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administration and/or customer service experience.
  • Commercial real estate experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
