About the Role

We're seeking an experienced engineering professional with a strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams. As Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and transformation in our dynamic global maritime business.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead our engineering team to deliver cutting-edge Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) powered by renewable energy.
  • Help set up new premises and processes to support scalable growth.
  • Shape the future of our Engineering Department and the Bluebottle platform.
  • Work closely with our founder/CEO and Principal Engineers to realise our ambitious vision.

  • A reputation for building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Experience and qualifications in Mechatronics or Software.
