Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of comprehensive Asset Plans across the Retail portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial insights are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities, manage risks, and support long-term value creation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is essential; CA or CPA qualified.
  • Background in Business, Property, or Land Economics is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in analytical roles within property or retail sectors.
