Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our residential cleaning team. As a Residential Cleaning Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional cleaning services to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents. This will involve thoroughly cleaning living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and kitchen duties.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
