We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Adaptalift Group in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our heavy equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Fault finding and troubleshooting breakdowns
- Undertaking scheduled maintenance and servicing
- Utilizing technical skills to problem solve
- Visiting customers on their sites, providing a high-quality and safe service
- Collaborating with the team on large overhauls and commissions
- Solid experience working as a Mechanic or Fitter within the Heavy Equipment industry
- Solid background in servicing, diagnostics, and hydraulics
- Ability to carry out a physical role with a strong mechanical aptitude
- A strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
- Hold a current Car Licence
- Mechanical Trade as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, or similar
- Full working rights in Australia
- A competitive hourly rate of up to $49/h + super
- Working hours Monday – Friday 7am- 3pm with opportunity for overtime (EBA rates)
- Fully Maintained Vehicle provided (latest model) including 13K worth of tooling
- Working in a rapidly growing industry
- Career progression through ongoing training
- Great onsite work facilities including modern workshop and cafeteria
