Effective program management is crucial in delivering high-quality resident care. In this role, you will lead the Meaningful Life program within a care community, fostering a culture of wellbeing and engagement.
About the Role:- Develop opportunities for meaningful participation, social events, and activities that cater to residents' diverse needs and preferences.
- Drive initiatives promoting residents' wellbeing, including programs like Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands.
- Curate tailored programs supporting residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, enhancing their overall quality of life.
The successful candidate will oversee the development of resident care plans, conduct key lifestyle assessments, and collaborate with clinical teams to provide a personalized approach to mobility and independence.
This leadership position requires experience in leading teams and developing programs that promote residents' wellbeing. You will demonstrate Person Centred Care principles, coach care team members, and facilitate meaningful interactions between residents.
Key responsibilities include liaising with residents to develop engaging activities, collaborating with families to encourage visitation and socialization, and working closely with care teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
