Job Summary:

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Customer Experience Ambassador who can effortlessly blend professionalism with playfulness, creating unique and extraordinary experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm smile, dash of humor, and a sprinkle of charm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and activating room keys
  • Process all departures including resolving any late or disputed charges
  • Review panel to process mobile departure requests, perform check-out on property management system, and follow up with electronic folios to guests
  • Process various payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness for arrivals and report any guest concerns
  • Answer, respond to, and process all guest calls, messages, questions, or concerns
  • Provide guests with information and directions regarding the property and local areas of interest
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
  • Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify special requests, and verify reports for accuracy
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance, and drop receipts according to company specifications
