This is a high-quality, dynamic position for an experienced Registered Nurse who can provide excellent patient care in our fast-paced Acute Stroke/Medical Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care that is safe, effective and compassionate.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-focused.
- Clinical expertise and commitment to quality patient care and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
