Position Overview

The Executive Engagement Administrator plays a pivotal role in the search execution team, collaborating closely with consultants and research staff to ensure timely and successful assignment completion. As a key contact with clients and candidates, this individual schedules interviews, coordinates travel arrangements, and ensures due diligence is conducted on candidates. The Executive Engagement Administrator is responsible for producing multiple documents throughout the search process.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong project coordination and management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex logistics and projects with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Engagement Administrator, with a strong background in a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is expertise in Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience working with a database is considered a significant asset.

Critical Capabilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client orientation, with an inherent desire to deliver beyond the call of duty. They will possess very strong organization and prioritization abilities, discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential communications and documentation, and endurance to handle multiple conflicting priorities at once. Solid judgment and the ability to make sound decisions autonomously are also essential.

Key Relationships

The Executive Engagement Administrator will work closely with the Administrative Manager, consultants, and research staff to ensure the success of each assignment. They will also interact with clients and candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.

Ideal Experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Engagement Administrator.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is preferable.
  • Strong project coordination/management skills.
