**Job Title:** Corporate Finance Executive

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned corporate finance professional to lead complex financial projects and deliver top-tier outcomes for clients. This role involves managing engagements from start to finish in areas across financial and vendor due diligence, capital markets, IPOs, and sales, pre-lending reviews, and purchase agreement support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the full lifecycle of transaction services projects, including financial and vendor due diligence, capital market transactions, and pre-lending reviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day project management with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the practice.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of high performance and growth.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results while managing project risks.
  • Strong analytical, research, and report writing skills.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
  • CA and/or CFA, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within a transaction services environment.
