Market Research Interview Specialist

As a market research face-to-face interviewer, you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable insights from respondents. This position requires individuals who can effectively engage with people from diverse backgrounds and convey information confidently.
Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents across the greater Melbourne region using a tablet for data collection.
- Work on various shifts across 7 days a week, including Weekday AM, Weekday PM, and Weekend shifts.
- Deliver high-quality data and meet assigned quotas during your shift.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Experience in market research is highly regarded but not essential.
- Above award hourly rates plus allowances.
- Paid travel time/expenses as per agreement.
- Paid training under ISO 20252.
