CPB Contractors is part of The Spark Consortium, a team selected to deliver Victoria's biggest road project. Our Design and Construction Contractor will be responsible for delivering the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced FRP Supervisor to support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package. The successful candidate must be flexible with night shift work.

Minimum requirements:

  • Ideal experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
  • Excellent awareness of and attitude toward safety
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
  • Effective communication and building positive relationships with clients, project teams, management, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
  • Self-motivated
  • Exceptional team leadership skills
  • Computer literacy on MS systems and Outlook

Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.

In order to estimate salary, we look at various factors including job title, location, and industry standards. Based on these considerations, we expect the salary range for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year.
