Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental requirements for our project.

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for leading regular site inspections and subcontractor HSE audits, as well as ensuring compliance standards are managed, met and implemented for the project.

Additionally, the HSE Advisor will assist with the identification of HSE risks for the project and develop mitigation measures to drive positive safety performance outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HSE related disciplines
  • Previous experience in a similar position with large-scale commercial building construction projects
  • Proven skills in developing, monitoring and implementing safety management systems
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Ability to promote a safe working environment and lead a strong safety culture
