We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to provide corporate support through education, training, and development of learning materials. As a member of our CO-ACT team, you will ensure nursing staff are equipped to deliver quality care, take accountability for nursing education outcomes, and align practice with policy while promoting a positive work culture for improved patient and client outcomes.
About YouWe are looking for a dynamic and innovative nursing professional who thrives in an educational setting and is passionate about staff development. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality education programs.
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with proven expertise in nursing education and staff development.
- Ability to apply education principles to support and manage change, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems, along with knowledge of contemporary healthcare and nursing education issues.
The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hampstead Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
