Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Imaging Specialist to join our team. As an MRI Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring patient comfort and care during imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols, minimizing radiation exposure and maximizing patient safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and productivity within the imaging department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI scanning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in record-keeping.
