Human Resources Leader

This is a mid-senior level role in the Human Resources department.

About the Role

We are seeking an Organisation Development/HR leader to drive our people capability strategy forward.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and career pathways.
  • Manage graduate, trainee, and internship programs effectively.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs to improve staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability throughout the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Organisation Development.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary human resources practices.
  • Experience in leadership, learning, engagement, and diversity programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and drive change across all levels.
