About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Injury and Return to Work Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing workers compensation claims and maintaining accurate records.

You will also coordinate medical assessments and return-to-work programs, provide expert advice to managers on injury management and compliance, and identify risks to ensure early intervention and safe recovery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or a relevant field, rehabilitation and return to work coordinator certification, and at least 5 years' experience in claims or injury management.

You will also need strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation (QLD & VIC), excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
