Cinema Service Technician Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and maintain digital cinema projection and sound equipment, working with the latest technology and continuously refining your technical expertise.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues, while collaborating with experienced technicians to refine your skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert support to customers by leveraging your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service, fostering strong relationships and refining your professional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of service visits and equipment maintenance, enabling us to monitor performance, track progress, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
