About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer (Design Technologist), you will be responsible for defining and achieving objectives for your team or project, independently delivering high-quality prototypes, supporting technical handoff, and helping build confidence in design technology across the team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create interactive prototypes using Figma and modern JS frameworks (React, etc.).
  • Apply AI literacy to prototyping and AI tooling.
  • Refine interactive elements and resolve technical issues during prototyping.
  • Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and ensure smooth handoff.
  • Support junior designers in navigating technical considerations.
  • Apply foundational skills in design technology, including motion and accessibility.
  • Contribute to the adoption of design system components and best practices.
  • Participate in accessibility and design reviews, ensuring inclusive experiences.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years solid experience in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development.
  • Foundational skills in React, JS frameworks, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in AI/ML, motion, and accessibility in design.
