Executive Leader – Sales Strategy

The organization seeks an accomplished sales leader to spearhead the sales strategy and execution for its exotic animal feed division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
  • Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, pet food, or exotic animal feed markets.
  • Experience in international markets and distributor management is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
  • Possession of a strong passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation.
