We are seeking a driven and solution-oriented individual to join our team as an Employment Partner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, or employment barriers to achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

The Employment Partner will be responsible for developing strong relationships with participants, understanding their needs, interests, skills, and experience. You will assist with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation, while identifying and assessing barriers to employment and creating solutions to support participants at work and beyond.

You will create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment, increase employability through training and other support services, and source employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.

  • Full Australian working rights
