We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tech Support Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that values exceptional customer experiences.
The role involves resolving customer queries and providing personalized support via email and phone, acting as a true advocate for Kogan customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving complex technical issues and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Supporting best practices and compliance to ensure an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
- Liaising with freight carriers to ensure the timely delivery of orders and assisting with any shipping-related concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to help resolve customer queries and identify improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Kogan.com products and trends to provide accurate, informed advice to our customers.
