This role will be responsible for generating and delivering technical project work on customer sites with a focus around EV, solar & BESS projects. You will have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivering project works;

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embrace and promote the values of CBRE. Understand key stakeholders, develop and value relationships, accept that we are stronger when we embrace diversity and work as a team and identify and deliver value to our clients
  • Identify and generate project opportunities from within a set portfolio of global maintenance contracts
  • Provide technical due-diligence feedback on opportunities in the EV space
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader Projects Teams to ensure internal alignment on timing, scale and location of deployment
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor in energy projects;
  • Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s)

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in requirements of EV and or solar/BESS infrastructure installations
  • 2+ years' experience of delivering EV installations
  • Proven Project Management experience in a construction or critical environment;
  • Proven experience of running a P&L;
