Nurse Position in a Dynamic Team

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role, where you will support Radiologists and Technical staff in a wide range of interventional procedures.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. You will be based in Rockhampton Hospital and private practice sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and patient service
  • Assist with patient collection, transfers, and handovers
  • Set up and pack down sterile trays and procedure equipment
  • Deliver consistent recovery, post-procedure care, and discharge support
  • Maintain infection prevention and control standards
  • Order and manage stock levels
  • Assist with patient data entry/check-in where required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Current AHPRA registration (Enrolled Nurse with endorsement)
  • Strong communication and patient care focus
  • CPR & Police check
  • Radiology or private practice experience highly regarded but not essential
