About the Role

Our Credit & Portfolio Management team is seeking an Analyst to support us in credit assessment and risk grading for our customer base.

  • Support the process of our annual credit reviews and internal rating reviews
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling
  • Monitor covenant compliance
  • Coordinate within the MUFG network

What You Will Be Doing

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting credit analysis across a portfolio of clients with a focus on credit quality monitoring and risk grading.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in a major domestic or international bank or chartered accounting firm
  • Undergraduate Business / Commerce / Law Degree from a leading university is essential
  • Masters of Finance, MBA or CFA will be considered favourably
  • Proficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products, and strong skills in financial modelling
  • Possess an understanding of financial and economic markets
  • Experience in: (a) credit writing; (b) financial analysis and modelling; and (c) legal documentation and debt structuring
  • The ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
  • Has strong interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Is a team player
  • Is a self-starter who applies initiative and has drive and enthusiasm
  • Has an analytical mindset and problem solving skills
