About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team on a major lithium project in Western Australia. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive salary package, site benefits, and a chance to work on a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general purchasing functions for the project, including procurement planning, supplier management, and contract administration.
  • Negotiate with external suppliers to secure the best rates and terms, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with a wide range of suppliers and external service providers to ensure smooth invoicing and delivery processes.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing and Accounts Manager, Commercial Manager, and Project Staff to ensure procurement procedures are followed accurately and carefully.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in supply chain management or procurement.
  • Qualifications in purchasing or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Advanced user of financial management and procurement systems, such as JDE.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
