Job Role: Food and Beverage Service Professional

Our team at the Marina Cafe is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Preparation: Ensure tables are set with special attention to sanitation and order.
  • Customer Service: Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant and provide exceptional service.
  • Booking Management: Organise and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Menu Presentation and Sales: Present menus, serve food and beverages, and make recommendations based on customer preferences and daily specials.
  • Order Taking and Serving: Take and serve food and drinks orders in a timely manner.
  • Upselling and Table Settings: Arrange table settings and up-sell when appropriate.
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area.
