Effective Early Childhood Educator Wanted

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to lead our educational program.
About The Position- Create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy.
- Support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Support educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Follow established Centre Policies & Procedures and maintain exemplary records.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
- Advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's professional identity.
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Early Childhood Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
