Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts.

This role involves providing end-to-end administration support to the sales team, processing client payments, monitoring accounts, and preparing reports for management. You will also be responsible for preparing and coordinating marketing materials, including property listings, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Additionally, you will support social media content creation and scheduling to promote properties and brand presence. Contribute to team business plans and promote a supportive, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administration support to the sales team
  • Process client payments, monitor accounts, and prepare reports for management
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, including property listings, advertising, and promotional campaigns

  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
