Industrial Relations Business Partner

This is a role that encompasses people solutions, supports the management of day-to-day operational processes and initiatives, and contributes to exceptional employee experiences. You will work closely with senior business leaders and advise on individual, team, and organization-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to create an operational plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement people strategies and solutions.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on matters related to people operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Coaching, Psychology, or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification in Industrial Relations.
  • English language proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional languages from the relevant region are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in people operations, including HR business partnering, HR operations, and COE roles.
