About the Role

This role is for an experienced Firming Asset Lead to lead the cross-functional asset leadership team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in developing processes, systems, and data reporting tools to enable efficient operation of assets.

The role requires a strong commercial background, with experience in developing commercial-based Asset Management frameworks that lead to safe, cost-effective, and reliable operation for various asset types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the project management of commercialisation initiatives.
  • Leading a cross-functional team to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Developing business cases and ensuring successful investment decisions and transition through to operations for firming assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop a new asset management framework, which will focus on operational excellence for all firming assets.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in asset management, preferably in the gas or utility industries.
  • Strong commercial skills and experience in developing commercial-based asset management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
