We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic educators to join our team at YMCA Ballarat. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences for young children in a dynamic environment that fosters their growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and deliver child-centred learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a warm and inclusive environment
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment, adhering to the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines

**Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it)
  • A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks
  • The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings
