About the Property Management Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties. This will involve checking and approving tenancy applications, preparing and placing advertisements for available rentals, and supervising the execution of tenancy agreements.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining regular communication with current landlords">
  • Organising repairs and maintenance to managed properties">
  • Conducting periodic inspections of managed properties">
  • Authorising payments of client's outgoings">

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to identify strengths and areas for improvement in our property management processes and share best practice across the team.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant industry qualifications, such as an Agent's Representative Course or Cert IV in Property Services, and previous property management experience of at least 2 years.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission on top of that.
