Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively merchandising products, building relationships with customers, and promoting sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store goals and objectives by working collaboratively with other sales team members and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, products, and values to effectively communicate them to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance expectations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
